Report of the parliamentary commission on P2 (1984)
12 Jul 1984

The report finds that P2 had become a secret association, and that in the Sindona and Calvi affairs it was a privileged meeting place and crossing point of relations, protections and silence. It does not say the IOR or its managers belonged to the lodge. English summary of the quotes: "it is by now a secret association"; "in both affairs the P2 lodge was a privileged meeting place and crossing point of relations, protections and silence". This is the majority report; the report names neither Marcinkus nor the Vatican, and the IOR appears only in its account of Rizzoli.
